How to stay grounded to help the group achieve their best results? Building our own and the group’s capacity to have creative and constructive conversations in “all weathers” – the real work of a Facilitator.
Blending tools from Aikido and mindfulness to re-centre when knocked off track by the group. We will utilise these skills in a practical session exploring:
– The Kantor 4-player model
– Otto Scharmer’s Fields of Conversation
