Cedric Pulford is a freelance with 20 years’ experience with the Guardian in London, and is one of Britain’s most experienced journalism trainers.   Participants will receive a copy of his latest book, Byliners, 101 ways to be a freelance journalist.  Cedric says: “Recent years have seen a huge expansion of editorial space, much of it being filled by freelance writers.  People who have lived and worked around the world have another plus: their interesting and unusual experiences may translate into sellable material.”
