The Hope Network is organising a learning meet-up on 26 March from 18H30-20H30 at the CERN IdeaSquare, Route de Meyrin 385, 1217 Meyrin.

The event will feature two sessions:

“Data science & AI applications in sustainability.”

Speaker: Roberto Castello has a Ph.D. in Particle Physics from the Univ. of Torino. As a Principal Data Scientist at the Swiss Data Science Centre, he accompanies industries, public institutions, NGOs and international organizations through their data science journey.

“How AI tools have changed Software Engineering & what it might mean for other white collar professions.”

Sean Carroll has a Masters degree in Business and is an AI & innovation engineering leader who’s worked in this field for over a decade. He was previously at Médecins Sans Frontières, GitLab and EPFL.
