We were delighted to welcome around 50 participants for an interesting and thought-provoking session with Susan Laverick.

Drawing on her extensive experience as a strategic communication adviser and speechwriter (not a hostage negotiator!), Susan shared fascinating insights into communication and influence in high-stakes situations. Through engaging examples, she explored the power of words and the challenges of communicating effectively in complex and sensitive environments.
